Job Details
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of the Laboratory Analysis Specifications of Koudijs Ghana Limited
- Perform lab analysis training and refresher trainings for personnel (new and existing)
- Write reports and follow up on actions arising from analysis non-conformities
- Prepare reports for Operations meetings and follow up on any actions from those meetings
- Maintenance of reference samples storage of all feed produced
- Supervise duties in the quality control lab
- Assisit with investigations from non-conformities in the feed production process and investigations on customer compliants
- Perform laboratory analysis with other analysts
- Maintenance of all laboratory equipment
- Write detailed reports on the results of testing and other observations about the product
- Sharing technical knowledge about the product with relevant staff
- Complying with standards of safety, company policy, and legal regulations that apply to the product
- Keeping digital files and reports on product quality organised and accessible
- Any other assigned tasks given by the quality manager
